RATCLIFFE REVISITED
We have been very pleased to welcome the following On Thursday 27th October, Roshan Fernando (79) and Natasha
Old Ratcliffians back to the School this year: Finlay-Stevenson (née Finlay-Broadbelt) (93) visited Ratcliffe
with their families. They didn’t know each other at school, but
Mike Sykes (46) came back to Ratcliffe on May 17th with his wife met by coincidence, as their daughters, Ophelia and Nia, were in
to have a look around. This was the first time that Mike had been the same class in a North London school, and they soon became
back to the School in seventy years, and it was so lovely to watch friends. They reminisced as they walked around the buildings,
him reminisce as he walked around the grounds and looked at sharing their memories. Natasha still felt that she couldn’t go
old photographs of himself as a student in the 1940s. into the Staff Room after all these years! Their partners, Anelia
and Glenn, said that they really enjoyed seeing the place that
1 they had heard so much about from their other halves.

William Kattan (68) came to have a look around Ratcliffe on July
25th with his wife, Josephine, and son, Victor. Andrew Yell (82)
showed them around, and they thoroughly enjoyed their tour.
