Ratcliffe College Introduces New School Uniform & Sports Kit
Following a detailed consultation
process with all stakeholders, a
new School uniform and sports kit
was brought in in September 2013.
The new uniform was introduced to
students from Nursery to Year 11,
and the new School sports kit was
introduced for all students, from
Nursery to Year 13 inclusive. Sixth
Form students continue to dress
smartly for the School day as for the
business workplace. In designing the
new School uniform and sports kit, the
School adhered to the salient principle
of high-quality clothing of a distinctive
appearance, balanced with value for
money. In addition, the School has
reintroduced a distinctive ‘Colours’
blazer for high-achieving students in
Drama, Music, the Duke of Edinburgh
Award, CCF, Sport and Academic The Sixth Form ‘Colours’ blazer The Junior School uniform
Studies.

Now is a very exciting time for Ratcliffe, with
groundbreaking new projects on the horizon that will
transform the School and hugely benefit the students.
As Director of the Foundation, I am very aware that it is
the generosity of the Ratcliffe community, in no small part,
which has helped to make these changes possible.
‘ Building for Future Generations’:
Major Fundraising Appeal
In April, we launched our largest ever fundraising appeal
for the new Preparatory School building project. This
sympathetically-designed building will be a superb addition
to the facilities we have here at Ratcliffe and will enable The construction work begins in earnest
us to continue to provide the best education we can with
state-of-the art facilities. The building work has now begun, Building Appeal, we would urge you to consider doing
with the Preparatory School due to open in September something now, however small, to show your commitment
2014. If you have not yet made a contribution to the to this exciting and historical development.
