RATCLIFFIAN ASSOCIATION EVENTS 29
THE YORKSHIRE DINNER
FRIDAY 11TH NOVEMBER 2016
From Ratcliffe, we welcomed Fr Simon Giles (60), Andrew Yell 1
(82), and our new Executive Manager of the Association, Alex
Slack (née Gamble) (03), who organised the evening beautifully.
Fr Simon is a regular visitor now, and we really appreciate him
coming up to enjoy some Yorkshire air and typical Yorkshire
hospitality. Andrew updated us on all the latest developments at
Ratcliffe and passed on a farewell message from our departing
Headmaster, Gareth Lloyd. Gareth and his wife, Katharine, have
graced our dinner in the past, and we wish them every success in
the future. We will miss them both, as will Ratcliffe.
Finally, to all the regular attendees, and also to those who come
from further afield, thank you for your continued support, and 2
we’ll see you in two years’ time!
